Three or four people, Group training. The Power Hour.
The perfect group is three or four committed people. Christina's rule: no more. A larger group is not good for anyone, and this studio takes pride in seeing results, which means every person in the room gets coached.
I am out of shape. Will I feel intimidated?
You will feel watched, and that is the point, but not judged. Group sessions here are three or four people at different levels, coached by one trainer who adjusts each person's weights and pace. Nobody performs for a crowd; there is no crowd. Most people who walk in say they nearly did not.

Why the group is capped at four
Because a trainer can correct four people's form in an hour and cannot correct twelve. The cap keeps the Power Hour a coaching session rather than a class, and it is why the group has a name instead of a headcount.

What the hour looks like
Weights and creative cardio, planned for the group and scaled for each person. Measurements still happen weekly, individually. Meal planning is still part of the plan. The group shares the floor; nobody shares a plan.
What group training costs
The studio does not publish prices. Call and ask; groups form around schedules, so the first question is when you can come.
Two people, or one
Just you: One-on-One training. You and one other: Tandem training.
