Bring one person, Tandem training. First Class, for two.
Spend the hour with a good friend or a significant other and get all the benefits of the workout. Your trainer runs the session for both of you, and there is what Christina calls a confidentiality clause: nobody in the room tells anyone you had an off day.
Can I train with a partner or my spouse?
Yes. Tandem training is built for two people who want the same hour: a couple, two friends, a parent and an adult child. Your trainer measures both of you, plans for both of you, and runs the session so that each person works at their own level while sharing the floor.

Will we be sharing the floor with a crowd?
No. The studio is private, so a Tandem session is the two of you and your trainer, with the floor to yourselves for the hour. There is no line for equipment and no one watching except the person you are paying to watch. That is the difference between a private studio and a gym with trainers.
Why couples keep coming back
Clients who train as a pair tend to stay. Christina's replies on Google thank couples by name for showing up together for years, and the studio's journals include husbands and wives who did the same program side by side. Transformations
What Tandem costs
The studio does not publish prices. Ask when you call; the number depends on how many sessions a week you both want, and you get it on the phone.
One person, or a few more
Just you: One-on-One training. Three or four of you: Group training.
