Real food, cooked at home, which is why meal planning here means NO DIETING!
Christina's rule, capital letters hers. Just good old-fashioned cooking and healthy recipes. Get the preservatives out of your system. You will not be handed a shake or a points system; you will be handed a plan for a week of food you can buy at the store and cook at home, and a journal to write down what you actually ate.
Do you offer nutrition or meal planning?
Yes, with every training format, and it is not a diet. Meal planning here is real food cooked at home, planned for the week with your trainer and logged in a food journal. Clients get access to a library of more than 170 recipes written the Fitness Way, and their trainer reads the journal at the weekly measurement.
The food journal
Your trainer reads it. Not to grade you, but because the tape measure and the journal together explain each other: when the number stalls, the journal usually says why, and when it moves, the journal says what worked. Christina thanks clients by name on Google for keeping theirs.

The recipes
Chicken Pot Pie the Fitness Way. Faux-Fried Chicken. Brownie Pops. Pinwheels. More than 170 of them, twenty years of Christina's cooking, behind the client password. One is public so you can see what the Fitness Way tastes like. Hamburger Pizza The whole library
