Turkey Goat Cheese Manicotti

Turkey Goat Cheese Manicotti


– Lowfat cottage cheese

– 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette

– 1/2 cup unchopped fresh basil

– 2 tablespoons powdered garlic

-1 ground turkey container, low fat

-1/4 cup goat cheese

-Manicotti noodles


1-Combine lowfat cottage cheese, balsamic vinaigrette, unchopped fresh basil, and powdered garlic in a bowl. Add the cooked ground turkey and goat cheese and mix thoroughly

2-Boil manicotti noodles until they are softened

3-Stuff manicotti noodles with mixture and place side-by-side in glass pan sprayed with pam

4-Add marinara sauce over top and sprinkle goat cheese lightly on top

5-Cook in oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
