Leawood is where the studio is. Personal training in Leawood, at the studio that has been here since 2001
His & Her Fitness is at 5328 W 151st St, on the south edge of Leawood, Kansas, with private parking at the door. It is one private studio, not a gym floor: one trainer, one client, and a tape measure every week. Christina Larson opened it in 2001 and still trains here every day.

Is this a gym in Leawood, or something else?
Something else. There is no membership card and no floor of machines to wander. You book an hour with a trainer, the trainer measures you, writes it down and adjusts the plan, and the number moves or it does not. People who do fine alone in a big gym should keep going. This studio is for everyone who did seven months on their own and could not tell if anything changed.
What can I book?
One-on-One training, the whole hour with your trainer. Tandem training, for two people who want the hour together. Group training, three or four committed people, never more.
When is the studio open?
- Monday to Thursday: 5am to 7pm
- Friday: 5am to 5pm
- Saturday: 7am to 3pm
- Sunday: 7:30am to 10:30am
Ask about earlier hours if you need them.
How do I book a first session?
Call (913) 206-7645 or send the contact form and say what you want to work on. Everyone starts with a first-day assessment: your trainer takes your numbers, asks about your goals and any injuries or limitations, and puts you through a baseline workout to see where you are starting from. It all goes into your plan, so any trainer at the studio can pick up your workout where the last one left off.
